ALLPLAN takes a strategic approach to our AI innovation and subsequent implementation to ensure that we support our wide user base across the design to build process.

The Nemetschek AI-Visualizer will connect and streamline collaboration workflows for the creation of inspiring and detailed architectural designs and visualizations.

Our collaboration with Evolvelab, will further enable new workflows to generate high quality exterior and interior perspective images and architectural design proposals

Together with scanning solutions and ai-tools such as BIMETO we will deliver AI-based workflows for as-built modeling for advanced digital building reconstruction.

Symbolic AI design optimization is enabled through our parametric XD model for bridge modeling, structural analysis, detailing and delivery.

With Python API integration and PythonParts symbolic AI is further supported for optimal templating and significant productivity efficiencies.

ALLPLAN has integrated Visual Scripting providing the means to define how a smart component should behave under certain conditions and even fully automate workflows.

Using the AutoConverter easily translate any 3D BIM model into a structural analytical model ready for analysis.

AI-based construction site monitoring and risk management applications, such as Imerso, that can be linked to ALLPLAN or integrated via Bimplus are already in use.

The Overlay Manager brings drawings and models together, enhanced workflows are being developed to facilitate workflows with 2D documentation from ALLPLAN using Bluebeam technology.

Solutions, such as Preoptima, for design optimization with regards to the life cycle assessment of construction projects are already in an early testing phase for building construction.

Our technology partnership with elevait, will make it easier for the construction and real-estate industry to create maximum value from company data.

BIMPLUS: Maximise the value of your BIM models by managing it in a real BIM-database. Create new content in the cloud, e.g. IFC, BCF, analytical visualizations, quantities, measurements, room books and VR.

ALLPLAN and AI Research

Here at ALLPLAN we believe that research is vital to understanding how the future of digitization will look like and delivering products using the latest knowledge and technology. The Nemetschek Group funded the TUM Georg Nemetschek Institute Artificial Intelligence for the Built World in 2020.

The Georg Nemetschek Institute will serve as an interface between research, teaching and innovation for the application of AI in the entire life cycle of buildings and infrastructure.

ALLPLAN is working together with renowned partners from research and industry to develop the foundations for cloud-based solutions for automated inventory modeling using AI: BIMKIT

Predictive Design: Together with our partners from Vectorworks and Graphisoft we fund a research project at TU Munich that builds the knowledge base for an AEC Copilot.

As part of the research project "HyBridGen - AI-based bridge design generator with a knowledge and experience base" in the mFUND funding line, we are working with a large consortium to create the knowledge base for the automated modelling of bridges with AI.
