Trends and Innovations at the “International BIM Week & Forum 2013”

Germany/Munich, September 19, 2013 – Nemetschek Allplan is one of the main sponsors and hosts of the “International BIM Week & Forum 2013”. The software provider is a pioneer in the area of Building Information Modeling.

The buildingSMART e.V. conference will be held from October 7th to 10th in Munich, Germany. Top class BIM experts will meet to discuss the latest development trends, innovations and their experiences with BIM working methods. The BIM Week will end on a high point with the buildingSMART Forum at BMW Welt on October 10th under the motto “BIM – Method & Added Value of a new Construction Culture.”

The BIM Week workshops are internal buildingSMART working meetings in which different development themes are worked out and standards are defined for the buildingSMART members. Workshops will be held on October 8th and 9th at Nemetschek Headquarters on the following topics: the “Process Room” discussing the use of BIM concepts and the “Product Room” workshop focusing on the implementation and use of buildingSMART standards. Interested parties will have the opportunity to attend as listeners.
