Michael Koid completes the Nemetschek Allplan Managing Board

The Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH managing board has a new member. On March 1st, 2015, Michael Koid (50), joined managing board spokesman Dr. Jörg Rahmer and Patrik Heider, also managing board mem­ber of the Nemetschek Group, as one of the software company’s top executives. Michael Koid is responsible for the dividions of Human Resources, Finance & Con­trolling, Law and IT & Operations.

After receiving a degree in human resources, Michael Koid worked in various manage­ment roles in Germany. In 1999, he became Global Human Resources (HR) Director of construction machinery manufacturer Wacker Werke, overseeing the transition from an owner-operated to a publicly listed company. In 2012, he moved to the executive board of tool manufacturer Hoffmann Group, where he was responsible for the Human Resources division worldwide.

At Nemetschek Allplan, Michael Koid has been given responsiblity for the further develop­ment of the organization. One focus of his work will be the creation of an human resources and organizational development concept for the setup of a performance-oriented corporate culture. „I am looking forward to my new tasks and the chance to help create sustainable structures, processes and mindsets at Allplan,” says Michael Koid.
