Munich - At this year's BIM World Munich on 26 and 27 November, ALLPLAN will present its comprehensive portfolio of solutions for architects, structural engineers, fabricators and construction professionals at Nemetschek stand 7. The focus will be on the recently released software solutions from ALLPLAN, FRILO and SCIA, which support innovative workflows throughout the entire design and construction process.
BIM World Munich is a central meeting place for the AECO industry, bringing together over 8,000 experts, numerous start-ups and more than 250 speakers every year. The event consists of a two-day congress, an exhibition with open forums and the BIM Town Innovation Area, where pitch sessions and the Smart Building/Smart Construction Innovation World Cup® award ceremony take place.
"BIM World is the perfect opportunity for us to showcase our expanded software portfolio and how we are improving collaboration and productivity in the construction industry. For the first time since the merger, the FRILO and SCIA structural analysis programmes will be united under the ALLPLAN umbrella at one exhibition," explains Markus Gallenberger, Chief Marketing and Sales Enablement Officer at ALLPLAN. "Thanks to our integrated BIM solutions, we enable architects, engineers and construction companies alike to design their projects in a future-proof, efficient and sustainable way."
Focus of the trade fair appearance
At BIM World 2024, ALLPLAN will focus on five key topics: ALLPLAN 2025, portfolio expansion for structural design, artificial intelligence, sustainability and building in existing structures.
- ALLPLAN 2025: The new version offers innovative design-to-build workflows and real-time collaboration to increase productivity and deliver high-quality results. One example is the new parametric tool for architects to quickly model suspended ceilings. For engineers, the new version focuses on quick and easy automated reinforcement of free-form surfaces.
- Structural design: The new version of SCIA Engineer 25 allows structural engineers to perform advanced vibration analysis, precise 3D wind load generation and early assessment of construction phases. The FRILO 2025 software update brings a new reinforcement workflow between FRILO and ALLPLAN to the market for more efficient reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns.
- AI-assisted design: With the new AI-based tools in ALLPLAN 2025, complex projects can be realized faster and more accurately. The newly integrated AI Visualizer enables visualizations to be created in seconds and takes design quality to a new level.
- Sustainability: ALLPLAN offers solutions for optimizing BIM models in terms of material efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint. The integration of One Click LCA allows a quick and easy life cycle analysis for sustainable construction.
- Construction in existing buildings: ALLPLAN facilitates the modernization of existing buildings with innovative approaches. The new Scalypso4ALLPLAN revolutionizes the use of point clouds by allowing the direct import of scanned data in a wide range of file formats without modification, greatly simplifying the link between real and digital design processes.
Presentations at the BIM World
The BIM World lecture program will also focus on the topics of artificial intelligence and sustainability. Stefan Kaufmann, Product Manager BIM and New Technology at ALLPLAN, will speak on "BIM and AI: New ways to design sustainable and economical buildings" on 27 November.
