ALLPLAN Bridge is Now ALLPLAN Civil: What the Name Change Means for Users
After the success of their first digital conference in October 2021, ALLPLAN will be holding their second virtual event for engineering professionals this May. Entitled Build the Future – ALLPLAN Infrastructure Digital Conference, this event will focus on solutions and international examples of bridge and road construction in practice.
Refining Daily Design Activities
On May 4th, 2022, eleven specialist presentations will take place. Led by both globally successful engineering firms and ALLPLAN product experts, the content will focus on best practices and practical workflows for everyday design activities. Working efficiently is the core concept of ALLPLAN’s design-to-build strategy. Therefore, through this event, ALLPLAN hopes to enable their customers to optimize their infrastructure projects from the design stage through to construction.
In addition, attendees will also be treated to an insight into current integrated digital infrastructure solutions, as well as how these solutions will evolve in the future. By bringing together infrastructure project stakeholders, they will have the opportunity to network, learn about upcoming trends, and prepare for a successful future.
Best Practice in Infrastructure Projects
The conference will begin with presentations about road and bridge projects from around the world. For example, the Grand Paris Express – the largest infrastructure project in Europe – will be presented, as will Portugal’s metro network, a railway bridge in Brazil, a road construction project in Switzerland, and many innovative bridge construction projects from China, North America, Croatia, Germany, and Romania.
The engineers will describe the best practices they have developed, and their experiences with ALLPLAN infrastructure design solutions for roads and bridges. As well as showcasing the potential the current solutions offer, product experts will be providing their most useful techniques, tips, and tricks for modeling bridges, terrain, and roads.
Discussion and Networking Opportunities
In addition to the presentations, our experts will be hosting chat rooms where a wide range of different infrastructure topics can be discussed. Whether you would like to learn more about a particular project presentation, or ask about road, terrain, and bridge modeling, bridge analysis, reinforcement detailing, BIM, or interoperability, there will be an expert on hand to discuss and answer any questions.
How to Register
The event is completely free of charge and will be held in English across the morning and afternoon. Visit our event page to learn more and register.
